Code of Conduct
Core Principles
All members are expected to uphold the highest standards of honesty, respect, and responsibility. We treat others as we wish to be treated and strive to be positive role models.Â
Expected Behavior and Prohibited Conducts
1. Honesty and Integrity

No lying, cheating, or deception of any kind.
2. Respect for People and Property​

No stealing.

No physical harm to others (hitting, pushing, fighting, or any form of violence).

No damage, destruction, or misuse of personal or club property.
3. Language and communication​
-
No foul, vulgar, profane, or offensive language.

Speak with kindness and respect at all times.
4. Respect for Others and Authority​

No disrespect toward fellow members, leaders, parents, or any adult in authority.

No bullying, teasing, mocking, exclusion, or any form of harassment.
5. Appropriate Topics and Discussions​

Discussions of politics, gender ideology, religion (in a divisive way), or other hot-button/controversial topics are not permitted during club activities. We focus on leadership development, character building, academics, service, and positive personal growth.
6. Appearance and Clothing

Clothing must be modest, neutral, or positive in messaging. ​

Attire should not contain offensive language, images, or symbols that could reflect poorly on the club or conflict with our family-friendly enviroment.

Members should present themselves in a way that demonstrates self-respect and respect for the group.

Positive Participation​

Members are encouraged to:

Participate actively and supportively

Show initiative and leadership

Help maintain a welcoming and encouarging atmosphere

Resolve conflicts peacefully and with adult guidance when needed

Consequences for Violations
-
First Offense: Verbal warning and disscussion with a leader/parent.

Repeated or Serious Offenses: Written warning, temporary suspension from activities, or required parent meeting.

Severe or persistent Violations: May result in expulsion from Young Leaders Club.

Expulsion decisions are made by the Club Board and will consider the serverity of the offense, any previous incidents, and the overall impact on the group. The Board's decision is final.
By participating in Young Leaders Club, members and their parents agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Parents are asked to review this document with their Child(ren) and reinforce these standards at home.
